Update: It's been a year since our last review, and we've only been more impressed with PageFly customer service. They're always available to help us resolve any issues. They are extremely responsive in their chat, and are always so helpful and kind. Honestly, the best product and customer service you can ask for!

Love this app! Have been using it to create our marketing landing pages, and they look beautiful! If not for PageFly, we would have spent a lot of money hiring developers to code our pages. Cannot recommend PageFly enough! There is a little bit of a learning curve initially, but once you've created your first page, you won't want to use any other app. The customer service is very responsive and kind.

I would like to personally recommend PageFly and Customer Support Advisor Hamza. As someone who used to work at Shopify Plus, I was a bit tentative to add apps or page builders to my store as I know they can be a bit cumbersome or clunky. However I am over the moon with PageFly for my FAQ page Accordion Tab page. It looks very professional, user-friendly, and adds legitimacy to your store to help the customer see all their questions answered in a neat format.
There is a helpful tutorial, and the Customer Support from Hamza was quick, informative and easy to follow. He solved my query very quickly with a helpful little line in the css. If you are not using PageFly for your store I highly suggest you look into it sooner, and don't be hesitant like I was. There are many things that the normal Shopify templates are not able to do, but PageFly makes these things easily accessible without a FED - simply drag and drop your sections following an easy tutorial. Again my sincere thanks to Hamza.

simple & easy to use, I've never developed any pages before & this made learning also a breeze.

Instant chat support, I actually managed to stumble upon a bug that once reported, they had fixed within a few days.

Excellent support team. I had problems with my site's home page main photo wherein it is not loading, but Sami of Sellersmith had sorted it out really quickly. I think beyond the features of the app, what's important is that the support team can really support you when you have problems. I'm definitely recommending PageFly to anyone's building a site beyond using Shopify's default tools.
