very good technical support, once you get past the regular support the technical support is very good.

A little difficult with coding required if you need to do advanced work but the customer service is perfect and so helpful!

I created my website by myself so I needed a little bit of help here and there. However, the live chat was always fast and they were always able to help me.

Initially I installed and then right away deleted it because I felt it was too hard to use. But then later I gave it another try and did struggle to figure out their features in the beginning. However, I'll say PageFly is probably the most comprehensive page building app that you can work especially when you have many external apps and you need lots of customization. It is not very user-friendly like many others have mentioned. But it is powerful. I'll also have to shout out to PageFly customer service team. They have been helpful and solved several technical problems for me. The only complaint I have is I wish they will have an upgrade plan with only product page templates at the same price as Silver plan as I actually don't need any other pages other than product pages.

If you need an app to make beautiful pages, this is the app you want! i've tried "The Big Boys" in this catagory of apps and PageFly beats them ALL! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! If you need help, they're always just a click away! I'm TOTALLY impressed and happoy i went with PageFly!

Im using this app to make landing pages. Its really intuitive to use and the support team answered my question in a few minutes. What I would like to see its more videos about making a landing page, not just editing the templates.
