I rally like the support because they always are ready to help. But I have problems with using the features. For me the most important is mobile. This app is responsive but on mobile, all graphics I prepared do not look well. Need to always rech out the support.

The app allow us to get an awesome custom design together with the work of our developper and designer! The support service chat tean is extremely helpful, I love it!
Great app. I'm not too great with coding so this helps a great deal with getting my store how I want it. U.I. is simple and easy to use right out of the gate. Customer support is very responsive and helpful as well.
I installed and uninstalled 3 other page builder apps before Shopify recommended this app to me. Absolutely amazing!! Easy to use and amazing customer service!! If you need a page builder app, stop looking and install this one now!

It takes a little while to get your head around PageFly but only because it has a lot of functionality - once you get more familiar with using it, it is so great! And having the support Chat is SO helpful, not robots but actual humans on the other end, we have used it a LOT whilst getting to know our way around the app. Randy is the best, thanks for all your help!
