I'm using the Narrative Theme, which has a pretty mediocre and unintuitive Product Page layout. So, I installed PageFly to create a Product Page layout that's much more engaging. The app is super easy to use. And, whenever I run into an issue, the Live Chat customer support is there with prompt and helpful solutions.

Lucian and James managed to resolve my technical issue, however the customer service messaging tool needs reviewing, as you are constantly having to repeat your request over and over again as your ticket keeps being passed onto various members of the support team, rather than it being held with one member from start to finish!!

I love the app. I have been using it for quite some time and it works wonders qua custom design. Customer service is amazing. I was helped by Randy who replied almost immediately and helped me through my problem in no time.
The online help was incredible! He was able to link my PageFly landing page to send the information to my Shopify customer list - something I was really struggling to figure out on my own.

I have tried many page building apps, but PageFly has to be my favorite hands down. Have always been able to replicate exactly the kind of graphics and layouts envisioned for my web pages. My favorite thing about them though has to be the customer service. I know literally nothing about coding, but every so often a technical glitch/error appears on my website. I used PageFly's live chat to ask for assistance and they had the issue resolved the next day, along with a breakdown of what went wrong and how they fixed it. Top tier page building app and customer service - couldn't recommend them more.

PageFly is the best Page builder app out there. Things are so easy here and straightforward. I now got one of the best-looking pages out in this game, and it's because of them. Don't waste your time on some other apps, this is the real deal folks. Don't hesitate. PS: The service is open 24/7. It's literally all you can dream of, in one app!
