The app is great and definitely makes my life easier...Customer service is responsive but hard to communicate with. The app had a bug that displayed my products wrong. I had to explain my problem to about 6 different reps before someone finally listened to me. It was another 2 weeks before the bug was fixed. If customer service hadn't frustrated the hell out of me I would have rated the app 5 stars.
I'm so happy i found this app for my subscription boxes! It has saved me so much money, it works great and its free! I had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly and professionally. Never get rid of this app! Thank you!

The App has some learning curve but once you can handle it, it does magic!!

Customer support is excellent and very responsive. If you're looking for an simple and intuitive with excellent customer service, then this apps is perfect! Highly recommend trying these guys out. Also, shoutout to Tyler! He understood our issue and fixed them right away.
