the response is terrible to questions asked on live chat, I really am not happy with using this app so far

I used the Shogun page builder first and found it very expensive. Then i tried Pagefly and i have to say For a non tech person like me. its been quite easy... Its a fantastic and easy to use product..
Great customer service as always!! The app itself has a lot of functionality, too. I was having issues getting things working on PageFly (my mistake) and Touqir was so patient as helpful as I'm not familiar with Shopify at all. He remedied the issue immediately!

The app is great, however too expensive. A cheaper subscription would bring a lot more clients. Unfortunately $15.20 on the top of the shopify subscription is a bit too much.
