PageFly Customer Service will amazingly help on both Shopify & PageFly issues. Worth your money. Even though they also have an amazing 14-day trial period.
In terms of functions of the app I cannot say so much, since I have just one use case for it. Having a Newsletter Landingpage for my store (and at the beginning a coming soon page). But the theme editor works very well, havent faced any trouble so far.
The support is great. Within a few minutes you got the answer which you were looking for.

This app covered all of what I needed. Great app and has great features, and customer service is excellent!
