A must have app in shopify to create all kinds of pages, very easy to learn and use, tons of pre built themes to choose from and staff is very supportive and helpful.

This may be the first time that I spend more than 10 minutes on a review. The reason is simply because my entire journey so far with PageFly is beyond my expectation especially for its customer service. I used another landing page builder app before which is now offline on Shopify, so I am forced to use an alternative. Quite honestly, I thought I would switch back to that app once it is online again.But now I find some areas are outperform in PageFly. 1. 24/7 customer service and they really want to help (that is also my reason of lefting a review which is a token of my appreciation towards the assistance offered by Cristian who really helps me a lot on building my landing page). 2. it is easier to use (without wasting hours or half day to get an answer, 24/7 just rock). 3. someone in PageFly did follow on my comment which I left for the conversation with support. This shows that they care what the users feel and encounter. My impression and experience so far is really good and hope they can maintain this service standards.

Best page builder on shopify....but what you are really getting here is top-notch support; and if you need someone to build pages FOR YOU then these guys are best in class. Affordable and do great work, always timely!
Can't say enough good things
I use this for my homepage and some of my collection pages. It definitely makes my site look better and it's just $9.99 with my PRO plan. I wanted to add some custom HTML and was having some trouble, but the support team got back to me very quickly and it was quickly resolved. I'm very satisfied.
Super helpful staff that responded to my queries quickly and efficiently. The app is easy to use for those of us who don’t code and allows more variety than some themes. So far I’ve made my password page just the way I want it and am looking forward to playing around with it more.
The below was my first experience:
"So many bugs, pictures don't load properly, the 'undo' button doesn't work properly - sometimes completely changing the structure of a page.
The page refreshed randomly and almost an hour of work was lost.
I then email for help, and they don't even respond to the questions I asked. I then highlight this, and again they fail to respond to my question, all while giving absolutely no apology! Feels like the email is being written by a robot / AI."
Issues have since been fixed, and apologies have been made. The App is a great tool and I am using it (happily). However, I cannot use the app without being in an incognito window, otherwise the bugs still happen.... Still a great app though
