I USED TO HAVE 5 PRODUCT PAGES ON THE FREE PLAN WHERE HAVE THEY GONE ?!?!?! NOW IT GOES 1 PRODUCT PAGE FOR FREE, 2 PRODUCT PAGES FOR $20 AND 30 FOR $40 ?!?!?! WHAT IF I DON'T NEED 30 BUT I NEED MORE THAN 2 ??

What you mentioned in your review is our change of the pricing plan 2 years ago. We deeply understand how frustrated you are but it’s our policy.

In the new price, we break down into packages to be more suitable for customers, we also get a lot of positive feedback about this.
On the side of our business, we always think of our customers more than ourselves. I also honestly share with you that since we split the packages, our revenue has affected a lot because customers who are in Platinum but they don’t use all the slots, they have downgraded to 40, 60 slots packages.
I simply want to share a little bit from our perspective to ask for your sympathy.

Support team is very helpful, though sometimes you have to wait next business day for the dev team to be online. But they fix our issues right away. User interface could have been more user friendly but with basic knowledge on web development it is manageable. Overall, great landing page builder and very friendly support team. They have free pages which allows you to use and test their service first which works best for start ups and brands starting very small.

Pagefly is amazing but Pagefly support is even better! Today Ken helped me fix my issue with the cart drawer. He even went into my Shopify theme and fixed the delay issue I had. The support is instant (within a few minutes or even seconds someone answer) and the developpers are great! Really amazing support and you def. need good support when building your shop with pagefly!

I really like the way how pagefly addressed my issue. I started live chat with pagefly tech support team. After they understood what was my question, they sent me a little short video to show me exactly how to fix my issue and how to do it where to click step by step. So far this is the most efficient help I've ever received from any apps or producers!
