Best support there is. They spend time on your issues and fix them. Sometimes I wonder if they even understood my issue or not, but then they come with a fix. And after all that they share how they fixed the issue. Very good support team.

App itself is pretty customizable. And the pages definitely come better than what any Shopify theme has to offer. Has lots of integrations. Not heavy on the page.

Our couple of problems: Not having user-based access to pages/sections. Not having image reference for which components are using the image currently, makes it hard to know which images are in use. Some third-party apps not immediately recognizing republishing ap age, stopping their service until they refresh themselves (I don't know if this is about the pagefly or those services, a problem nonetheless).

But these would be small problems considering the pros the app brings. Pretty solid choice for page customization. Definitely recommending.

We've used a few other page building apps before, but after finding PageFly, have had no reason to look elsewhere. The capabilities and Shopify integrations are fantastic and easy enough for a non-technical marketing person to use and build an incredible web page with. But really, what's most impressive about PageFly is their customer support. Anytime I've had an issue, their team responds within minutes and finds a solution. They're so helpful, kind, responsive and professional. Can't recommend PageFly enough.

Great app, easy to use and I'm able to build highly customized product pages in no time. Support is also great! They fixed an issue I was having with the Add to cart button in less than a couple of hours of me contacting them.

I’ve been using PageFly for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a life saver. It makes building custom pages on Shopify so much easier, even if you have zero coding experience. The drag-and-drop editor is really intuitive, and you can pretty much create anything you imagine – product pages, landing pages, about pages – you name it.

But what really stands out is the support team. They’re there 24/7 (literally), and every time I’ve had a question or ran into an issue, someone jumped in almost instantly and fixed it. No back-and-forth, no waiting hours – just fast and friendly help. You can tell they actually care.

It’s one of those apps that just works, and when something doesn’t, the support team has your back. If you’re on Shopify and want more control over your design without the hassle, give PageFly a shot. You won’t regret it.

Avoid this app.

1: their system has a huge duplication issue that means if you ever take theme backups etc, Pagefly can duplicate every single page created using it. (We ended up with over 3,000 duplicate pages). Their support refuses to acknowledge or attempt to fix this issue.

2: Poor support - we've had to contact them countless times with bugs and they fail to understand common terminology when trying to discuss the problem (e.g. a Shopify Template versus a Pagefly Template)

3: Leaving them is difficult. For some reason their page mapping is incredible strict - if you delete a template in pagefly which is no longer being used (e.g. you made a separate template in Shopify and applied it to a page).... Pagefly will fully delete the page, even though it's no longer anything to do with that page.
