I'm new to PageFly, so this is something I'm trying to learn little bit at a time. I've had another great Support Advisor by the name of Cookie, that was great in helping solve a payment issue that I was having with the the PageFly app and also some other issues. He was very supportive in help me with my issues.

As a web designer, Pagefly has been the platform I refer to my clients but it is only now that I had a hard time technically because my access was restricted. Customer Support has always been excellent because I can give them access. It was different this time. Saeed was very helpful even if I could not give him admin access, he was very patient with me and he saved me a lot of time. Hopefully, we can transfer all the old landing pages smoothly from now on to Pagefly. Thank you, Saeed.

Great app to build your customized web pages. I appreciate the support chat function. I get quick responses 7 days a week and these support team members help. I needed a code for a sticky cart button and they created the code for me and showed me exactly where I could change and enhance the code. Honestly, I can not remember that I ever experienced such a great, fast, and useful service. it feels like these guys are part of my team building my website. I am just starting to build pages in Shopify, but with this app, I already create professional PDP's. Much better than paying for a predefined template.
Mahedi was able to fix my problem which will help my customers see what sizes they are actually getting. Thank you so much for the help. It took about 5 minutes for him to fix this. Quick fix! Much appreciated!

5 stars based on the excellent support I got today from Sophie. Even with years of experience, the new technologies and tools are difficult to grasp.
