When I took over my own website I had little clue as to how things worked and spent so much time wasted trying to figure it out by myself. Chloe from the chat helped answer all of my questions with demonstrations and It's all a whole lot easier than I imagined. Thanks so much for being so helpful. You have stopped my endless time wasting and now I can get to work and change what I need. Sincerely appreciated.

It's very important to give your customer a good experience and a lasting impression when they're in your store and this app is one of the solutions. You can really create a unique home page/collection page etc. here, which will give your store that added boosts! You can choose to pay someone to help you if you want. But other than that it's exciting to make a page that is your own and if you need help look for Huang, Randy and Linky- they're experts!

The support provided by the staff was absolutely unprofessional and I’m truly embarrassed as her boss. She is our new operator, who is still inexperienced and has a lot to learn.
After this incident, we have updated our operator training procedure to raise the bar of requirements and avoid bad support to happen in the future.

PageFly is an amazing app. I used PageFly to create a long sales page for one product in my store and it really helped my sales. Touqir at PageFly was very helpful in helping me customize the page to exactly what I needed. I highly recommend PageFly!
I am so happy I found this app! It totally changed the design of the shop and it made it look beautiful and professional. It is fun to work with and it has many great elements. I'm looking forward to using them all. The support team is always there for you no matter the time and day. Cookie was amazing, she helped me connect the quiz to my shop which would have taken me ages to do. Highly recommended app!

The App so far seems pretty good.
However I am not leaving this review for the app, I am leaving this review for the service I have just recieved.
Quite simply, the BEST representitive of any company i've ever dealt with.
Paula resolved all of the issues i had (which were caused completely by me, not the app) and went far far beyond what I could have ever expected, she handled my stressed messages with a smile, and not only did she resolve the mess i made of my store, she rectified what i was trying to achieve in the first place. The actions of Paula have given you a long term customer, not the app.
