I personally found this app very frustrating to use. I would find it useful if the 'bot'/chat help were able to talk on the phone or have a share-screen capability. I think issues would be sorted out much quicker if that was the case. I feel that their support tried to help me, but the platform seemed to have strange mini-bugs that made what I was creating look inaccurate.
Useful app, I found it hard to use.

The staff responded quickly, and even though I was using the free version, they still took the trouble to teach me how to use it. Very comprehensive, I have upgraded the paid version. Saved me a ton of money, thanks so much to cookie, she's amazing!

PageFly is really convenient and easy to use, it still needs some improvements on some areas, but I am not worried about the fact that this apps will provide a lot more in the future.
The support and dev teams were patient and so useful to help us build our pages.

PageFly Advanced is simply amazing. It is very easy to use and offers great flexibility on the Pro plan already.
What's even better is the support: the team responds within minutes and don't stop until they really fixed it. I am quite happy I have found the app for our shop - it really helps us to scale up!
Their technical support is phenomenal. Whenever I've needed their assistance they've always been online and more than happy to help. Amazing customer service, and the app is really user friendly once you understand the concept and how to configure the drag and drop items.

They app is great but the customer service is next level!! Cookie helped me and is the best at their job! I asked for like 5 or 6 amendments and there was never an issue when I kept adding on additional tasks. Honestly, this level of support is so helpful for small businesses!
