Pagefly is a fantastic app, and has allowed me to build the store that I had imagined, without limits. Throughout the building process I have come across a number of things that I have needed help with and the PageFly support team have always quickly and efficiently helped me! Junie helped me for about 3 hours straight and never got tired. She was super resourceful and quick to answer every single question and problem that I had with great, easy to understand responses as well as an instructional videos to follow. When I was insure even what my question was, she would give me the best advice and direction and showed me things that page fly could do that I had no idea about. I have always liked page-fly but my goodness, its capability is almost endless. This is indeed of my favorite Shopify apps and well lets just say I have more then 30 apps on my shopify store. Now I'm in complete LOVE with Page-fly!!! It offers so may solutions and worth every single dollar that I have been paying for the past 3 years. Thank you Page fly and thank you Junie!!!

I have been suing PageFly now for a couple of years because I find it logical to use for someone like me who is tech challenged. I can find my way around most of it but when it comes to integrating with other 3rd party apps I get a bit confused. The Help Desk team in particular Randy and Alec who helped me today when I changed our email marketing supplier. They were very obliging and stepped me through what was required with ease and gave me extra help when it became evident I could not do it on my own on this occasion.
The help desk have always been patient and obliging which is very reassuring and which makes me feel comfortable with my choice of using PageFly.
