The help chat box is such a game changer for this app! Personally, I find Pagefly difficult to navigate as this is not my area of expertise. Pagefly makes it easy for me to create pages and edit existing pages without coding experience. If I had to use a web developer every time I needed to freshen my site, it would be a nightmare! Pagefly makes it easy peasy AND the customer service is great! They answer questions and resolve issues for me very quickly.

Highly recommended!!! Ran into a issue with custom page where products wouldn't add to cart, I hit them on the chat. they did their developer thing and 20 min later... FIXED. I like this kind of support!!

It takes a while to get it around but finally it's an amazing app to build your own landing page. Even the free plan has live support and the team is very helpful and willing to fix any issue.

Support is good. The team is thorough in troubleshooting issues. they provided a custom .css code snippet to help when my shopify theme was in conflicting with pagefly blog page.
