I must say Chloe was really helpful. I also had a word with Kyo and Miso. All of them were really patient and helpful.
Unfortunately by the time I got back to the team, Kyo and Miso were done with their shift. Chloe was the one who helped me sort out the issue. she made sure she understood what solution I wanted and resolved the issue quickly.
