I genuinely can't express how impressed I am with PageFly. From the very beginning, the app has been easy to use and has made building my store so much easier. EVERYTHING is there and it is without feeling overwhelming!!!

What I appreciate most is the customer support.

Every time I've needed help, the team has responded incredibly quickly with friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful advice. You can tell they really care about their users and want to make sure everything works the way it should.

A big thank you to the entire PageFly team for creating such an amazing app and providing such outstanding support. I have been using the Pagefly app since 2020 but haven't needed to use the chat function until today (July 2026). I wanted to make a change on a page but noticed that all of my pages are now labeled "Legacy" and the edit function is not available. Yakub was very helpful in explaining the change and providing a video on how to begin recreating my pages in Gen2. I will begin doing that today so I don't know how easy or complicated that process is as of yet but I am confident that I will be able to get reliable assistance should I need it.

Yakub was also very patient as at times it took a while for me to reply to his questions/comments.
