Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.

I’m not going to give them a 1-star as some did because that seems petty. The app seems to work, although I’ve been trusting their analytics to tell me that. My concern is that they have "usage charges," but I have no idea what they’re for. I searched both the FAQ and documentation for "usage," but got nothing. I sent an email asking, but never got a response. I see a number of other reviews that ...

I think no one is working on this. I was interested in purchasing the paid plan, but for 4 business days I received 0 support.

Altdaten im Quellcode nach löschen der App. Das führte zu verschiedenen Shop Fehler. Es wurde unteranderem kein Favicon mehr angezeigt und andere Apps wurde im Hintergrund blockiert (z.b. Klaviyo). Damit ist man praktisch gezwungen, die App dauerhaft zu nutzen, weil es sonst zu Problemen im Shop kommt.
