Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.
Scam app. Charges extra with no clear understanding why.
The app did nothing to improve performance. When I attempted to uninstall, it left other apps not performing on my site (my new customer form and product reviews no longer function). Shopify confirmed it was due to code from this app screwing up those features. Now I'm left to sort that out because customer support is not responding.
Scammy and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! Charged my account after I uninstalled and I have tried to send messages to get help with fixing and no help and it's almost been a week. It's messing up my shopify website and other billing subscriptions. Do not download and install!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find another app. You deserve better than shady billing practices and ignored support requests.
I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store.
While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market.
Unless you are willing to troubleshoot every issue yourself, I suggest looking for alternatives with more responsive customer support.

Altdaten im Quellcode nach löschen der App. Das führte zu verschiedenen Shop Fehler. Es wurde unteranderem kein Favicon mehr angezeigt und andere Apps wurde im Hintergrund blockiert (z.b. Klaviyo). Damit ist man praktisch gezwungen, die App dauerhaft zu nutzen, weil es sonst zu Problemen im Shop kommt.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.
It simply make all your images to fake board at the first loading, then make lazy loading to img, BUT in may cases java have failing and images not show up. page speed goes up immediately but it totally ruin  the view overall. second thig: it makes 1K back links from one IP.
And support is not answering at all.
App seemed to be doing a great job, then about 2-4 weeks ago the page speed dropped. I've tried three times to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me.
