Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.
Company will not reply to any messages or emails.
Update: Only after I left 1-star review, the company did respond with a brief message that didn't clearly answer my question, and then asked me to change my review, but has not replied to my follow up question. I am now trying to use the compress images feature, but an error pops up that I can't read. I believe it wants to ask for more money.

The app did nothing to improve performance. When I attempted to uninstall, it left other apps not performing on my site (my new customer form and product reviews no longer function). Shopify confirmed it was due to code from this app screwing up those features. Now I'm left to sort that out because customer support is not responding.
Scammy and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! Charged my account after I uninstalled and I have tried to send messages to get help with fixing and no help and it's almost been a week. It's messing up my shopify website and other billing subscriptions. Do not download and install!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find another app. You deserve better than shady billing practices and ignored support ...
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.
