Super easy app to use, we use this app daily! Allows you to create a draft from an abandoned cart, nice and simple. We have had a lot of success reaching out to customers and closing sales with this app. Thanks!
We were looking for something like this for a while. We use this on our higher valued orders and reach out personally to customers to finish their checkout. Already seeing results, highly recommended.
All of Andrews apps work well and they are a pleasure to deal with in regards to any support issues. Only just started using this app but can see it has massive potential and is working great!
This app does simply and cleanly what it claims to do. We use Parachute to personally reach out to customers who have abandoned their cart after adding our recurring club membership to it. This allows us to easily convert their abandoned order to a draft order so we can process it manually. Works great!
