The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.

When approving a return request, we kindly ask you to confirm the default return address to prevent any potential errors.
