Parcelify: Shipping Rates

This is the exact app that i've been desperately searching for over the course of the last month! The ability to set different rates for different products, of different weights, in different countries and have full control over what conditions these rates will be viewed under is amazing! Very user friendly and great integration. Highly recommend this app.

Great product works super well! We love it, and it helps keep compliance aligned. I will say a little complicated to set up but they are quick to respond and have set up or helped set up more of our shipping zones. This app is great

Whilst I'm sure that most businesses on shopify believe they have complicated shipping scenarios to tackle believe me when I say that these guys have the answer. Parcelify works very well at helping you display the rates that you want displayed to your customers. In my case I needed to charge customers differently (based on the packaging required) even though the weight and address might be identical. Shopify's original shipping settings didnt allow me to do that and customers were selecting the wrong shipping method routinely. Thats a thing of the past with Parcelify. The customer service was fantastic (big shout out to Alex and Aaron too) -everything explained clearly and in simple terms to help you go away achieve what you need with the app. The 1 month free trial is great as it allows you time to get everything set up and tested in time. Keep up the good work guys!

Good App. Great Support. It is the solution in the absence of a good native feeder in Shopify. With Parcelify I manage to adequately determine the values ​​by city, region or even other parameters. I recommend it.

Great app and support. I have used this app for a few years now and it has been great. On a couple of occasions when I needed support (only because I was using it incorrectly) it was fast and sorted the issue out perfectly! Great app!

Parcelify lets me provide awesome shipping options for my customers. I can offer free shipping depending on products & destination country, as well as many other conditions. Additionally, I had an issue with something and their support was super helpful with helping me solve my issue.

App more and more intermittent. We are loosing carts and Support online doesn´t exist. (Easy to install? yes. Simple to use? Yes., Trustworthy? No. Is not first time with this issue.)

I have been using the app for a couple of years now. It really makes things much easier and gives you full control of how your shipping is handled. The support I received was awesome and totally resolved my problem. Exceptional app. Super stable, and deceptively powerful. We have free local delivery set up along with specific shipping rates for different areas in the UK. I really can't fault this app at all. We've been using it for well over year now and if you're looking for something to sort out your shipping, you need this. It's really good value too. I haven't used the support, so can't comment on that but that says something in itself. Sure, you need to put in an hour or so to figure it out - but it's pretty simple once you get used to it. You also need to be on a Shopify plan that supports carrier rates but if you pay for a basic plan annually, they'll activate it for you if you contact Shopify support. Update - after years of faithful service from this app, today we had an issue. Support was helpful and the issue got fixed (in fact it was nothing to do with the app, something changed on the Shopify end). I always think you can't really rate an app until something goes wrong and you get to see how it gets fixed. Suffice to say, I'm sure I'll be using this app for years to come.
