Parcelify: Shipping Rates , 305 vurderinger

I had a lot of issues trying to get shipping to work for my store, with the different shipping rules that i needed. I contacted all app providers and Parcelify were the ones to respond swiftly, but also were very helpful and have provided and enormous amount of support (including many examples of how to set up the shipping specific to my needs). Parcelify is powerful enough to handle all the different shipping rules i have needed to run for my store, including having two separate suppliers and different shipping rates for various products and shipping zones. I also can not believe how cost effective Parcelify are with the app charges, for all there app does. From Home Serene, a big thank you and a huge recommendation for others to use this app for their shipping needs.

We spent 2 days beating our heads against a wall trying to find the right solution. Parcelify resolved every issue within minutes once we downloaded the app! We offer free local delivery to certain zip codes in our area, we are not food delivery, we did not need the extensive calendar with pick your day and time for delivery. Superb app. Using regexes to manage allowable postcodes is genius and works perfectly.

I am rating the Parcelify app 5/5 stars because we have been using it across 3 stores for many years now with no issues. The new version required some getting used to, but we are already seeing the benefits of the new format. It's a solid app, give it a try to see if it meets your needs and continue using without fear that it will 'disappear' in a year or two like others.

I am rating the support team (namely Alex M.) 5/5 stars because of:

Responsiveness (multiple email exchanges within an hour of submitting ticket)

Professionalism (friendly tone, well written messages, clear and concise, never minimizing my problem or passing the buck to Shopify support)

Familiarity (problem identified within two email exchanges, temporary fix put into place immediately)

Solutions (instructions on long term fix delivered within two hours of ticket submission)

WOW this is an AMAZING app! We had complicated shipping needs including some things that don't ship outside the UK, some things that ship international and we just couldn't see how we could set up rules to suit in native shopify. But parcelify came to our rescue. It's not as simple to set up as some reviews suggest if you aren't used to using these sorts of logic rules. BUT the customer support was brilliant and very patient. Once we got the hang of how the rules work we were able to sort out all our shipping needs and couldn't recommend parcelify highly enough.

I used this app to help me with the most difficult task of organizing my shipping rates. From the moment I tried it, I realized that this app would become my most valuable asset in my store's app list. I appreciated the personal email responses and all their suggestions were on-point. I will recommend this app to anyone who wants to reduce the headache of manually editing shipping rates.

We installed this app a couple of months ago and it has been incredible! It's easy to use, accurate, and the assistance/guidance during set-up was amazing (thank you, Alex!). Yay a Shopify to provide a FREE PICK UP / or Click and Collect based on postal codes / zip codes. This app will solve the problem that is repeatedly discussed in the SHOPIFY forums and no one else seems to have found this solution! I can now specify free pick up only if the buyers zip code is in a designated address. Unlike other store owners who are having problems because people choose the free up option when they are miles away creating a time consuming hassle.
Parclify needs to get on the forum and let these people know!
I looked for a free work around but there was none so this is the best option! Stop looking and get it now!
