By far the best shipping rates application out there. We have very complex restrictions on what products can be sold in what territories due to a vast majority of our products being produced under license from companies such as Disney. With Parcelify we have been able to set rules based on tags to achieve exactly what we needed. Another benefit of Parcelify is that when an issue does (rarely) occur, then the response is really fast and the issue is quickly resolved. I've been speaking directly with Richard, one of the co-founders, and he was extremely helpful with working out what went wrong and is very open to feedback on how things can be improved. The only thing that would take this app to the next level would to be able to make changes in bulk to the shipping rates, as at the moment we would have to go manually through all of them and due to us having rates for every individual country this is a lot of work. But I know Parcelify are planning to bring out a lot of features in the future so the app is just going to get better and better!

We have a very complicated freight set up for our business. The team (Richard especially!) was incredibly helpful to make sure we were all set up correctly. The level of customization has been great for us!

App does not take into account discounts for free shipping, so someone can get free shipping without paying the minimum established

This is true. However, this is a restriction of the Shopify platform and not one related to Parcelify. The order of operations of the checkout is locked down by Shopify and shipping rates get selected before discounts are applied. This means 3rd party shipping apps like Parcelify have no information about the discounts. We've flagged this with Shopify numerous times we'd love to see this changed.

Fantastic app that solved our convoluted shipping rules. The customer service is also top class with quick, detailed, well thought out responses.

So far so good. The support is 5 stars! Got my shipping rules set up with ease and it seems a lot less complicated than many other options I tried.

Haven't gone live with the migration yet, but the few tests so far have worked well.

Response rate is fantastic with these guys! Quick to respond and help me figure out my issues. We use this app because we sell jewelry and also large home goods and we needed a way to differentiate shipping rates. This has worked wonders for us!

I have a store running on shopify but cant be installed because my plan is lower than the plan required. Please do try to include other plans as this would greatly increase usability.

In order for Parcelify to work we need the details of the order, those details get shared through the Carrier Service API. Without that we don't get the details of the order and can't calculate rates.

There are 3 ways to get the Carrier Service API:
1) Advanced Plan - The Carrier API is included by default.
2) If you change your billing on your plan to annual billing you get access to the Carrier Service API
3) You can pay for it directly to Shopify.
