Parcelify: Shipping Rates

I have been using Parcelify for many years and have multiple Shopify stores that use it. Every time I have a question, I get a thorough answer explaining exactly what to do. Just had a question today, and within minutes, a detailed explanation with screenshots was provided.

Kudos to the Parcelify team for not only great support but also an excellent product that handles so many different and complex shipping scenarios. As you can see, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was looking for a shipping rule solution, as my customers were often getting charged for 2 lots of shipping if buying a certain item along with something else, which I wasnt comfortable with.

I had a few issues setting this up, as I have quite complex shipping rules, and also zero ability when it comes to anything to do with computers. I was getting stressed out as I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong. I eventually messaged the support and instantly wished I would have done it much sooner. Alex was great, put me at ease, reassuring me that my shipping rules would be sorted. Just like magic, in no time at all, Alex replied confirming that my rules had been set up, and asked me to check and confirm. Everything worked as expected, and I cannot thank Alex enough.

I've now had Parcelify running for a while, and its great. Its makes my life so much easier, allowing me more options for shipping rules than the standard options on Shopify.

When looking at a shipping app, we looked at a few, but opted for Parcelify as it was flexible enough to work with our needs and also gives us options for future growth. We did have a couple of issues, one was activating CCS on Shopify, the other related to migrating from a Dev store to live. I have to say, the support from the team at Parcelify was excellent, and helped get both issues sorted really quickly and importantly painlessly. Well Done guys, great product, fantastic support.
