We recently started using Amazon Shipping Services with Parcelmind, and the process has been smooth.
The customised shipping and invoice labels are easy to set up, which our team likes.
We also use the branded tracking page with EDD, and it looks very professional.
It has helped us shift
Previously, we were using Blue Dart API services with another Shopify application and order processing around 500 orders daily took us 3 to 5 hours, which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. However, since we switched to Parcelmind, everything has become incredibly smooth. Now, processing 500 or any number of orders takes us just 5 to 10 minutes! Shipping labels download instantly, order tracking is accurate and live, and our customers receive timely notifications. Additionally, Shopify's order fulfilment is automated, and we’ve set up a branded tracking page for our customers’ convenience.
