This is the best tracking App. It has been functioning wonderfully and the support has been just awesome. The user interface of the App is also awesome and clean. Lexie is Always very helpful.
i like this app. easy to set up. very good for dropshippers as they can set to omit some words from tracking page like aliexpess,china. so the customer can't know where the package is coming from.
This app does more or less everything that we need it to do. This apps deserves 5 stars, but here are 2 things that we would love to see improved. 1) Exporting the tracking numbers does not includes the different SKUs. It would be great if that were the case as we have different warehouses and we need to send the reports to different places. 2) We would love to see improved are the webhooks. Right now we receive the exact same notification several times. If these could be filtered by Parcel Panel, that would be great!

As for your first request, our develop team have considered it carefullly and we're going to do the configuration and may publish in the next version.
And as for the webhook, our tech team did some special configuration for you and the notification won't be the same.

Muito bom. Vi que tem bastante recursos. Mas estou tendo problema com um pedido que não está sendo rastreado. O app não está detectando o pedido, mesmo com ele cadastrado no sistema da loja. O suporte também tem sido muito bom.

The reason why the order hasn't been tracked could be due to a carrier mismatch error or the need to manually click the sync button.
