Technical support is awesome, they have super efficiency !
So far the app has all of the features i need. It would be great to be able to replace the text of major shipping status updates received by the carrier (such as when the item is in "Order Ready" status, it would be great to change it to say something else). Other than that, it seems to be the best and most affordable app on the market that meets our needs. Great customer service too (Thanks Donna)!!

the app is great and the support as well, since using Parcel Panel i getting less emails from costumer asking about their orders, this one is a must have - 5 stars

So far the Parcel Panel app looks and feels nice, I am giving it a 5 start for now also because the support was prompt and helped me right away. But after I test the app to it's full I will come back with a revised review.
Very impressed with the simplicity of this app, but even more impressed with the support. I had a question about CSS and Kath helped me within seconds of asking the question. I will definitely recommend this app for Parcel Tracking!
