I love this app for my store to track orders. I love that I can enter a term and have it be shown as something else, and that I can hide particular search terms. The customer service is very responsive to me as well. 5 stars.
It's a good tracking app, that helped eliminate the customer service requests asking about a package. Plus it has an FREE entry level to get started.
