Just testing so far, but looks very good - especially for integration with Royal Mail as that tracking doesn't always sync with Shopify. We have been able to mark the status of our deliveries as delivered for the first time. You can also go back 120 days of data which is useful for legacy orders. Support is also good.

Great support when ever you need it and the tracking updates have def helped reduce customer inquires. Anyone looking to automate and reduce admin costs then this is a must have cant recommend it enough !!!

Finally a tracking app that does both the tracking page and shipping notifications PERFECTLY! I had always used Aftership but ParcelPanel makes that app look very bad and way too complex. ParcelPanel is straight to the point with a great design, easy to configure and the 24/7 support (especially Jessca) is very quick, friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!
