Just started using this app and had a few issues with setup (operator error) great help from the support team and now up and running and looking forward to letting customers know what is happening with their orders-

I've tried several tracking apps and never found this app like this. This one has all I need for tracking the shipment. I am also happy because these apps integrate with other apps like loox or klaviyo/omnisend. Previously, I used a free tracking app (17track.net), and they haven't integrated with other apps. Parcel Panel also has excellent support. Their customer service named lexie helped me much and gave me more time to try their apps. Hopefully, I will enjoy these apps for a long time.

I had some struggles with changing te colors of my track and trace page.. but there was Mig, she helped me a lot and got everything fixed within minutes. One thing was not possible to fix but the tech team did that for me so im super happy with the service and options. Thanks Mig and ParcelPanel

I installed the app 2 days ago. I needed support twice, the service was fast and efficient. 2 days is still a short time, but I'm testing...
As of today Feb 26, 2022, I keep making changes to tailor Parcel Panel Order for the demanding Japanese consumer here in Japan.
Competition is also very strong in the field of online stores for selling furniture. This requires excellent service. Support is helping me in every detail.
