I've only been using the app for a short time but set up was super easy with tons of great customizable options, including a toggle to enable customizations especially for drop shippers. This is really great just in case there are settings or customizations that you may overlook in setup. I'll need some time to be able analyze the customer experience, but so far so good. Also, super great customer service.

So far the Parcel Panel app looks and feels nice, I am giving it a 5 start for now also because the support was prompt and helped me right away. But after I test the app to it's full I will come back with a revised review.

Very helpful, they know what they're talking about and can actually answer your questions. The tracking quota plans are a hassle, because they make the more realistic pricing ones not have enough lookups, forcing you to buy the more expensive ones that smaller businesses may not be able to afford
