Great support. Resolved and answered quickly. However I did have an issue with the tracking information which is not reliable if you dont provide Courier and Tracking Format. I do recommend to request this information by default before enabling instead of letting the app provide inaccurate tracking info.

Works well, my only complaint was by default it would label some tracking numbers by cainiao when the tracking number was really USPS, making the package untrackable.

The after-sales service is awesome, the overall sense of use is good, the customer can check the clear logistics information, with map support and estimated arrival period, using it can solve my problems
