Excelent curstomer service. Save my live. The clients are happy. The app work fine for me. For me a must have.

Pros: Can be integrated with many other apps like help desk
Cons: tracking status shown is always delayed, sometimes cannot detect the right courier
Price: Not cheap
Customer service: Great.

I just installed this app, and it is by far the easiest to understand and align with my store, great job!

Worst app ever, all the emails and notifications end up in customer's spam folders. After this, I asked for help and they asked me to configure Klaviyo to trigger the emails but without any templates.
Really a waste of time and energy.

Amazing for tracking shipments on your site. Also prices for each plan is really good for small start ups and big businesses alike. Highly recommend

So far so good. A few bumps here and there but customer service has resolved any issues I had. Would be nice if the customer could just type in order number on tracking page or email address but other than that, pretty good.

I really love the app and how it looks but I want to change something in my tracking page, the text shows white and it's not readable because the background is also white. I want to make the text black and I don't know how. Waiting for CS respond, but the app is GREAT!
