The response was really quick and easy to understand. I do think that this app is a little pricey for newcomers, but will be nice later when you get a lot of orders.

This app is really straight forward as compared to other Tracking Page. After the initial installation, I had some issues loading my carrier's updates and contacted them. They managed to solved my issues within 1 day turnaround.

Really the best customer service I have received with any app, had some issues with couriers not displaying correctly. It was attended to in 10mins, sorted out my issues - Plus they did some custom work to match my theme. For Free! Add this app guys and girls! It's a must for any serious store owner.

The app is good but not for big stores. I am using it but I have to find a better solution. When you start to have many orders, the price is increasing too much for the service. Others reviews saying "cheap" are not doing business obviously, maybe fake comments.
