I just got this app tonight. I've used track123 on other stores in the past, but wanted to try something new plus parcel panel's pricing model was more attractive to me. It literally took 2 minutes to setup the app, and it looks great. You can see an example of what the page will look like for customers, which is great.

They are currently doing an offer that more then doubles the amount of orders included in the free plan, up to 50 instead of 20. They also removed the apps branding, so it looks more professional on the website. This is typically a paid plan feature that they are giving away for free. If you download the app you may see this opportunity, if they are still running it. All I had to do was message the support team.

Huge thanks to Ria at the customer support team. She answered me rapidly and gave me those extra benefits. I also wanted to change the color of a specific thing on the page, and couldn't do it on my own. She was able to do it for me in a few minutes. I'm happy to have found this app, and think it will provide good value to me and my customers.
