So far working better than 17Track app. Only first day will update review. Did contact support and they were very helpful. But it was a mistake on my end is why was having issue when installed. Love Mondays.
Very easy to install if not Monday morning!

So far the app has all of the features i need. It would be great to be able to replace the text of major shipping status updates received by the carrier (such as when the item is in "Order Ready" status, it would be great to change it to say something else). Other than that, it seems to be the best and most affordable app on the market that meets our needs. Great customer service too (Thanks Donna)!!

So far so good! got the branding removed with a simple email PLUS some added quotas to my free plan. most def excited to buy the paid version.
at the time of writing this review i haven't actually used the app yet but ive played around with it and i like it. will be embedding it into my site in a bit. excited!

So far no complaints, my store is based off a black background with white text, inverted from most stores so the tracking system wasn't showing up initially. I got some assistance from Mig to correct the colors to work for my site, looks great now. 5-Star experience so far!

I asked to Elly from support to suggest me all the things that i could to do it to improve my tracking page and we stay together half an hour and she gave me all the details about the app... Great app for Tracking Orders. Everything works smooth and they have some usefull offers for new users. Just what i needed for my Shopify Store! Also, the support has been really helpfull and kind! Highly recommend Parcel Panel Order.
