It has been easy to set up. Easier than other tracking apps. I am presently setting up my frequently used carriers. Thank you, Jessica, for being so quick to respond!

Do not install this app. The customer service is cheap. They invest money in cheap labor with poor quality.
Please, download better apps to track your orders.

The response was really quick and easy to understand. I do think that this app is a little pricey for newcomers, but will be nice later when you get a lot of orders.

This app is really straight forward as compared to other Tracking Page. After the initial installation, I had some issues loading my carrier's updates and contacted them. They managed to solved my issues within 1 day turnaround.
Please give it a try!

I tried so many apps and always had problems with the set up. Finally I found this one with top notch customer service. I can totally recommend. Thanks mig!
Really the best customer service I have received with any app, had some issues with couriers not displaying correctly. It was attended to in 10mins, sorted out my issues - Plus they did some custom work to match my theme. For Free! Add this app guys and girls! It's a must for any serious store owner.
