Excellent Support team. They can do anything they can to have this app personalized for your requirements. Overall this app is great for adding an out of the box tracking system on your shop. Its lacks a few things like a few logistic companies still not trackable through this app, there is no way to add custom text and many things are just fixed you can't change for now.

Great app. Used it when having a lot of customers and having remotely less complaint mails! Also fast communication with customer service and adjusting it in my theme with code
