I like the app, especially the fact that it changes the statuses in the native shopify tracking which helps with various marketing apps.

Great app, asked for help and Jessca was very nice and friendly. She helped me so quick.
It is a great addition to my shop. Helps me reduce the queries received. Some more personalization would be nice.
