Great app. I did not know about this app until someone downloaded it for me. It has the free plan which is great but only downfall is that you only have 20. Once all used, you need to upgrade. There was a glitch when I downloaded it but they fixed it very fast. Has graphs so you can see how many times the order number has been looked up.

Parcel Panel has very good support, I greet Elly, who helped me a lot and solved all my doubts. The application works great and looks very good on the website. The ability to hide tracking from China is a fantastic convenience in dropshipping business.

The help I received from Lexi was honestly great and wonderful. She was kind, and caring, and also pointed out what my store was lacking. Thank you, Lexi.

Putting this on our page has cut down the amount of where's my order email and phone calls significantly.
I have tried out quite a few tracking apps but have settled for Parcel Panel.
Had a few teething problems at first but support is very responsive. They don't send you a tonne of onboarding emails, requests for '5 minute chats' etc like so many other Shopify apps do.
Pricing seems quite reasonable really for the level of suppot you get and for the tracking.

So far so good - I'm yet to launch to see how the notifications work, but the support from the team in setting up the app, and troubleshooting any requested changes etc is outstanding! The chat function through the 'manage app' area is so good and the team is super responsive. Would not hesitate in recommending.
