Die App funktioniert sehr gut und der Kundenservice ist einfach klasse. Ich hatte Mig an meiner Seite und Sie hat schnell das Problem erkannt, was auch dann gelöst werden konnte. Sehr kompetent! Vielen Dank!

The app looks great and is a huge improvement over the one I was using before. Easy to set-up and very fast response from Lara with customer service. Highly recommend!

This app is sending out emails to my all customers saying they have a delivery exception! When in fact, when I check with another app it shows the items are in perfect transportation. This is horrible and is ruining my business! I am beyond mad at this app and waiting to hear from their developers! STILL NOT UPDATED! I have shipments that have been shipped and are in transit and this app is still showing the order is "pending" or "Label created" and it's been 6 days! I'm about to uninstall this app!

The problem you have met was a keywords hiding issue. Please rest assured that we have modified it and everything works well on your account. I love that you don't have to pay until your surpass 20 orders per month, works great for me while I'm starting out building my store. The Parcel Panel app support team have been absolutely amazing in helping me to adjust the app to completely match my stores branding (thanks Lexie ). I couldn't recommend it enough. There was no set-up at all and the instructions on how to direct customers to your store's own tracking page in Shopify's order email templates were super easy to follow. I'm dropshipping so I love that it can hide all the Chinese associated words and terms with shipping that you don't want to provide to your customers and you can have it auto-generalise it or even customise yourself. I'm excited to test the app out properly once I start getting orders. Thanks UpperCommerce team !

I have been using Parcel Panel App for some time now, and I am very pleased with the features and performance of the App. It has a neat design and is user friendly. However, the major distinguishing factor that sets this App above all is the support. The developers and staff are always available, keen to help with the product and driven to resolve any issues. I have communicated with Lexie, Elly and Mig at different times and found them to be prompt, generous with their time and motivated to help merchants. Big shout-out to the trio for their good work. I have had a great experience with Parcel Panel so far and highly recommend it to fellow merchants.

To all the German-speaking people out there, ParcelPanel is simply a top solution for german pages too and really uncomplicated! Try it out yourself, you will be surprised at the many settings you can make. :)

Not good for big stores. Prices too high. And take care...there is no customer service. They didn´t answer by chat and by email. Not recomended
