Great support. Resolved and answered quickly. However I did have an issue with the tracking information which is not reliable if you dont provide Courier and Tracking Format. I do recommend to request this information by default before enabling instead of letting the app provide inaccurate tracking info.

So far, so good. Price is right for the amount of orders I get. Support helped me understand the system better. I really like the branded Tracking Page and notification feature, would highly recommend for dropshippers.

Works well, my only complaint was by default it would label some tracking numbers by cainiao when the tracking number was really USPS, making the package untrackable.

Great App, does what it says only thing is the dashboard part needs a lot of work compared to apps like Aftership. Would be great if they added a way to filter orders by country or shipping carrier instead of just order number and tracking number.
