Very bad tracking app that do not track order correctly, It does not update tracking on my order with Colis Privé and the support is very bad and will not help you.

I’m still new to Parcel Panel but so far I’ve had a good response to my request for support. Donna was very helpful.
The best application I have tested for package tracking, and it is possible to configure each element easily

I contacted the support and they got back to me in 3 minutes. Donna was super polite and helpful, she has fixed my account issue with two clicks....she's done more than asked as she has adjusted my setups on the Parcel Panel dashboard. Definitely a five stars service. Well done. I highly recommend their service.
