Parcel Panel Order Tracking

We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.

Bisher alles gut.
Beim anderen Store gibt es noch Probleme mit der Status Synchronisierung, aber das soll wohl an Shopify liegen. Support ist aber sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Preislich könnte es schmackhafter sein.

App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.
