- Branded Tracking Page. ParcelPanel will generate automatically a branded tracking page according to your shop style and under your shop domain. And you can also custom HTML and CSS, make sure its style is unanimous with any other page in your website.
- Translation Strings. You can customs all strings which show on tracking page to your local language.
- Display Options. You can decide which shipping information will be show to customer. Carrier name or logo, tracking number, products name or quantity, and even map all can be hidden.
- Carrier Matching. This feature allows you to choose the actual carrier that you want to track even the courier is not supported by Shopify(eg. ePacket, Aliexpress standard shipping) .

Hi, I checked your ParcelPanel Account, the tracking shows pending because the courier Matching is not configured in the right way.
To make it right and solve your problem, you can match your Shopify Courier with Deutsche Post DHL and re-synced your order again in the dashboard.
Our auto courier detect system choose Cainiao as the courier because many dropshippers are using our APP, so if they do not set up the courier match, we will do it this way.
Now we support 500+ couriers, so the NO.1 problem of untraceable package is coused by the wrong courier matching, so, please install our app again and set up the courier matching. This problem will be fixed.
