We can't check the shipments falls outside the app's 120-day sync window. I'm unable to check the current tracking status and it's no normal

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration of trying to track an older shipment and appreciate the opportunity to provide some context.
The order referenced was created more than 120 days ago, which falls outside ParcelWILL's supported synchronization window. As a result, the shipment details were no longer available within the app. Despite this limitation, our support team manually checked the tracking number through the courier's official tracking system to assist with the investigation.
Upon review, the shipment showed no further tracking updates since the fulfillment date and appears to have reached an expired status with the courier. In this situation, we would recommend contacting the courier or supplier directly, as they are best positioned to investigate the shipment's final outcome.
