Great app and greater helpdesk! In a day - I will repeat 1 day(not a few hours only because of me) they set the whole shipping possibilities. I am glad about the service, and I am glad about the look of the app. It was a great-great help for me!

We have been searching for shipping solution for some time and i must say, that parcely.app solve all the problems, other apps couldnt. Big + is widget in the cart (not at the end of the checkout).

We needed support assist, because of some bugs cause by errors in our site code. Support solved it really fast, even set up whole checkout process, so it will work perfectly.

They are real pros! :)

Great app for shipping, takes some time to understand it, but when you do, or in our case Erik from support helped us, which was just perfect, solved all of our problems in such short space of time. Would recommend to everybody any day of the week.

At first, I was a bit confused about the Parcely setup, because I couldn't add the Widget to my cart page. I was surprised that the Parcely team offers free help to set up the app. So they solved it very fast for me.

Great support, Thanks, Erik! Unfortunately the app does not generate labels if payment has not been captured. We will wait for an upgraded version to be able to offer more parcel providers.

Thank you for your review. The current logic is that the app will send order data to the service provider system after the order is in paid status. This ensures that the order is never shipped without payment.
The only exception is a COD (Cash on Delivery) order. In this case, the order is sent to the service provider system with special COD settings. This will ensure that the shipping provider will ask for a payment from the customer before giving the package over.
