Unfortunately they created something that is sometimes working, sometimes not, at least this is what we experienced using their Foxpost integration.
Also the fact that we need to wait about 15-30 minutes after each change in the settings makes the developer experince terrible.
Rather should be a little more expensive in exchange for a normally working plugin.
I can see that you reached out to our support three times, and I answered, but I think you never got my replies (please check your spam folder). I even reached out to you from my personal email address. I'm sure your store is missing some important settings and that's why app does not work correctly.
Please reach back to me and I will set everything up for you.
There is no information to how to cancel free trial. I tryed everything.
We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder.
You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled.
Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)
Loading time is awful, waits 2min to save 1 changed setting + you need to pay for it
Im sorry you feel like this, but this review is kind of unfair. Yes, Parcely is not a free app and regular setting changes don't take 2 min to save. Only saving the shipping methods change can take few seconds longer.
PS: We do offer a free setup service for the Parcely app and shipping methods. Please let us know if you need help.
I didn't use this app, I made it inactive, but it took money every month, and when I wrote to the support why it takes money, they didn't answer anything to explain
I checked over and we did answer you 3 times and once even from our employee's personal gmail address. Im not sure why you are not receiving emails.
Please write our support to some other email address and request a refund.
Yes, Shopify app will continue charging you until you deinstall it from your store. Disabling will just hide it from your store frontend.
The web app on my phone didn't work at all. The search didn't work properly and if you already managed to search after selecting it, it selected a different branch. Support communicated until I said if they didn't fix it I would delete the app.
They also promised 14 days free, but the app told me the very next day that I had to choose a plan and pay.

I helped you to install and configure the app on the same day and there was a small problem with a few locations in CZ that we fixed in 2 hours. It seems that my email was the last one 12 days ago where I asked for more details but you never replied.
Yes, 14 days trial starts after choosing a plan for the app.
There are hundreds of happy store owners using our app and they are shipping thousands of orders daily.
Is really only suitable for Latvia/Estonia. It asks for "DPD interconnector API keys" which there are none for the UK, and offers "DPD lockers" which no one I asked had ever heard of.
We are sorry that you didn't find our app to be something that you are looking for.
To be honest we are also very surprised by your comment about the app because everything you are describing Parcely app is not even offering and the app description clearly states it.
